Group Insurance Plan

Designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses, this insurance plan is offered only to Chamber members.

The Group Insurance Plan provides comprehensive benefits for:

• Extended Health Care - Benefits include prescription drugs, ambulances, paramedical services, vision care, eye exams, and emergency travel health care.
• Dental Care - Includes cleanings, x-rays, extractions, and other major dental services.
• Critical Illness - A lump sum amount of $25,000 is paid in the event of a critical illness
• Disability Coverage - Coverage begins the first day of an accident, or eighth day of an illness, and can continue until age 65.
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment - Insurance amount is doubled if death is the result of an accident and includes loss of use coverage.
• Term Life Insurance - Can select either flat amounts or multiple of salary.
